At the orthodontic practice of Radney Scott Orthodontics, our friendly, dedicated, and energetic orthodontic team is committed to working with you and your family to create a positive orthodontic experience every time you visit our practice.
We welcome you with warm smiles to our practice!
I’ve been in the dental field since 1995, having started in general dentistry and then transitioning to orthodontics. I joined our team in 2005 as a registered dental assistant and advanced to office coordinator. I will schedule your visits at times that work for your busy life and happily answer your questions, too. I love making sure our patients and families feel at ease, and will do all I can to make sure your experience with Scott Orthodontics keeps you smiling!
I’ve worked in dentistry since 1979 and am thrilled to be part of the Scott Orthodontics team! I began as a registered dental assistant and advanced to treatment coordinator. I love guiding each patient and the parents through starting care. It is truly exciting to see how orthodontics changes someone’s appearance and encourages their self-confidence to blossom. I’m the person to speak with if you have any questions about treatment: please don’t hesitate to ask!
I’m originally from the north side of Houston and have worked in the dental field since 1999. I joined our team in 2009 as the marketing coordinator, and have found my orthodontic home! Because I’m cross-trained as a registered dental assistant, you’ll sometimes find me in our clinic area. I enjoy working closely with patients and look forward to hearing about the latest excitement in their lives! I’m here to help with whatever a patient needs.
I began my career as an orthodontic assistant in 1997 in San Antonio. My husband is in the military and our family has traveled around the world. This has given me many chances to explore the diversity of orthodontics. We’re no longer traveling, and I’ve been part of the team since 2008. My favorite part of my job is talking with patients and making them feel comfortable throughout their orthodontic experience.
I started in orthodontics in 1993, in Lubbock, then joined our practice in 1996. For 12 years I worked as a chairside assistant, then I transitioned to lab assistant in 2005. When working as an assistant, I loved seeing each patient’s happy face when the braces were removed and the person saw the results of his or her hard work: those amazing smiles! Now that I’m in our onsite lab, I love being creative and working with my hands to bend wires and make appliances.
I started working here part time, in 2012, while finishing my associate’s degree. What I like most about being an orthodontic assistant is watching the transformation from start to finish. I love seeing people’s face light up when they get their braces off, and the new confidence that comes with their new smile. It’s a rewarding job and I’m lucky to be part of such a great team.
I’ve been working with our practice since 2002. My job is to create diagnostic models from each patient’s impressions or molds of the teeth. Dr. Scott uses these models to develop each person’s individual treatment plan. I also make all the clear retainers, in house, and often have them ready the same day! I enjoy working with my hands, being part of an amazing team, and spreading joy and smiles throughout the office.
I began my career here in 2011 after graduating from Remington College as a registered dental assistant. Seeing the beautiful smiles revealed at the end of treatment, and the amazement and happiness on a patient’s face, is the best part of my work! Being part of building peoples’ confidence and helping them make a lasting, positive change in their lives, is very satisfying.
